This policy is based on Appeals. Aspire@Southfields Appeals Policy has been implemented for candidates that have enrolled or renewed for any type of STA course at Aspire@Southfields.


Complaints Policy

This policy is based on complaints. Aspire@Southfields policy on complaints is targeted at any one who has encountered a service at our centre or example learners who have taken part in a course or renewal.


Equality and Diversity Policy

This policy is based on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. Aspire@Southfields’ Equality and Diversity Policy is based on our delivery of the services run here and our range of qualifications ensuring they are fair, accessible and there is no limitation/barrier to entry or part take.


Malpractice and Maladministration Policy

This policy is based on Malpractice and Maladministration. Malpractice and maladministration are simply not following the guidelines and not complying with the regulations and requirements in regards to how courses are run and taught, consistent poor administration and failure to maintain appropriate/good standards of delivery and assessment.
